We have had multiple issues with customer accounts lately and Shayaan was AHHHHHMAZING in helping figure out what happened with this customer in addition to providing examples and an explanation. This is so helpful for us to further troubleshoot similar scenarios before reaching out to your team. Shayaan was also very nice in the process, didn't come off in any other manner than extremely nice and positive!
I had a great experience and the service was outstanding. Issues resolved! Adam B was very helpful and provided details so we could understand and correct our issues.
We really enjoy using Recharge to run our subscription service. The customer support is always top notch and makes life much less stressful then it could be otherwise.
We have been using this app for several years now and every once in awhile we run into a glitch which needs to be resolved by Recharge. Juan's support today was exceptional! He went above and beyond in both explaining and resolving our issues. I have been communicating with Recharge customer service for years now, but Juan is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was patient, kind and thorough and checked back with me to make sure that everything was correctly implemented. This is customer service at its best!
So far our experience with Recharge has been amazing and much of that is due to our contact Gordon C. We were assigned under him in the first month or so after switching back and he has really helped us get up and running. He continually supports the business and is willing to help at any time. I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and he has felt like part of our team. I will be really sad to lose him as a resource but he has done wonders for our experience with Recharge so far!
Very simply, ReCharge just works. It's easy to configure and integrate, so it enables you to focus on running the subscription side of your business rather than programming a subscription solution.
Over time this app has gotten better and better with the new upgrades and features added, and I am excited for what is to come. I have recently reached out to the support team for help several times, and they have always been super prompt and helpful.

We've used Recharge as our subscription solution since 2019. In the past year in particular, we've seen Recharge make big strides in product development and customer support.
Our CSM, Gordon, is always responsive and has been a great advocate for us in getting needed features launched. We're excited about what the future holds for us and Recharge and look forward to a continued strong partnership in the coming years.
Milena who assisted me in solving some functionality problems was spectacular and extremely helpful! Matt A. who assisted me recently with some tracking issues in our checkout was incredibly helpful and responded to my questions in lightning speed!
