Have worked with recharge for about 3 years now and have recently started with Gordon, our account manager - he's brought fantastic expertise & support to the business. Really great app & team!
Any time I have an issue, the service team (Especially Sukhmun P.) has been incredibly helpful and able to answer all my questions in a way that made sense and work with me to help me better manage how our store uses ReCharge.
Great App and customer service! Highly recommend. Customer service is always willing to help with every request we are having - more like an extended team of us! :)
Customer support very reactive and usually have solutions. Today they have sorted out the EU tax position for a UK company.
I worked with Erika G at Recharge support and she was tremendous. I had multiple issues that she addressed for me in a very timely fashion.

I am writing here today not only because recharge has been a great app for us, but it is amazing because of the customer support team, especially Paola and Jairus! Both of them have been an amazing help and really have made al our hardships with our subscriptions seamless. Thank you!!!

ReCharge is a great subscription app. Their support team, Nikola and Vuk specifically are always attentive and helpful when I encounter tech problems.
I love how responsive their Support Team is, especially April. There was never a question she wasn't able to answer very satisfactorily. She helped us fix some issues, as well as provided very helpful advice. ReCharge is a GREAT app that is TRUE to what it says it can do.
The recharge support team is great to work with and quick to respond. Not only do we love working with them, but our customers also love the ease of using their platform
