I love this app and company! We have been with them for years. We recently decided to upgrade to a unified Shopify checkout, and the process was AMAZING! Seriously, Joey (if you see this!) I am over-the-moon grateful for all of your help and support along the way. You've been so responsive and thoroughly helpful! I've done a lot of integrations, etc. and I've never felt more confident and safe making a major update. Thank you Recharge (and Joey from support) for everything!

I know that may be setting the bar high – but I'm confident this will be your experience too. I hate writing reviews (I've got too much to do and they feel like a waste of time). They always have the answer for any question we have, code-related or straightforward. If they do not, they will work towards finding one.
App has a ton of issues with almost zero support or "above and beyond" support (only support is "we cant help but here is a list of developers you can pay OR the immediate defensive response of "this isnt our fault")
Unilateral changes made that we, as a client, are then forced to edit code to comply or pay developers to keep up. The backend dashboard has been updated looks wise but still lacks a handful of common sense, small edits to make life easier for our support team in account management.
EDIT: The only truly positive experience we've had is with Nick from eshopgenius. His development work is valued and extremely beneficial.
Great for subscribers. Had a few initial problems when setting up etc but Jaxon has massively helped out on the issues we were having and now all is running smoothly!
App can be a bit clunky to setup and has weird quirks (you can't have a customer enter the frequency, you have to predefine it for them) but their support teams are really strong! Katrina N. helped me recently and she was knowledgeable and a quick responder to solve my problem.
Some of the history information is misleading for agents to follow. One of our agents is unable to retry charges or refund customers and an investigation is ongoing with developers
