Good app for managing reoccurring orders, today I have received good customer care service by Meredith
I really like the helpfulness of the customer service on Re-Charge. I've used them for the last 3 years and it's been one of the best subscription apps we've tried.
Recharge has caused me some issues over the years, but their support team really kicks butt. They've gone above and beyond to help make sure my issues have been corrected. I've been using their system for 4ish years now and I highly recommend them

Extremely unhelpful support. We have payment issues because of API expiration on ReCharge's end during BFCM. Sounds urgent? Haven't heard from them until now, and supports keep out of office. It's simply reconnecting the API, but it seems they are not really concerned about this systems instability and merchant loss from it.
We haven't had the app long so we are still testing everything, but the customer service so far has been amazing. We ran into a few issues with set up and implementation and Nigel S. was able to help us every step of the way.
Diana was good. It took a little bit for her to understand thee issue. However, that might a little on me since I knew from past experience what needed to be done and might have not provided as much context with my solution. I did appreciate though after sending her information from my past discussion with another recharge support customer that she looked back into the situation and was able to quickly find the solution. She was also very kind and kept a cheerful attitude through it all!
Great customer service as always, including swift response from Alex to address a particular issue we were experiencing.
Quick and efficient and took care of my request with ease!

LOVE this app. I have been using it for years for my subscription products. It is easy for me and easy for customers to manage their subscriptions. Great customer service!
