We've had Recharge for about a year now. It was a bit of a bumpy start, but it app works so well, and really adds value and convenience for our customers - and saves a ton of time for our customer service team so they're not constantly fixing glitches. The support team is very responsive and helpful as well. We're loving it. Thanks!

Got on a live chat with Jaden Walker in minutes and was able to resolve my issue with shipping charges quickly and smoothly. Went above and beyond to help in regenerating all of our current orders to match the updated settings!

Really appreciate the support that Recharge provides, Malik and Brian specifically have been great to work with. Of course, Recharge also works seamlessly with Shopify and provides a pretty dang good customer experience.
