I love this app. It has help increase my sales through subscriptions by 20%. And we haven't fully utilized it yet. I highly recommend.
Recharge is by far the most robust and advanced subscription app. They are constantly listening to feedback from their customers and rolling out new features. Their support and accounts team are fast-responding, smart and creative with problem solving!
You cannot rely on this app to work consistently. Products on subscription will stop adding to the cart out of nowhere with no warning. You won't know unless a customer lets you know or you happen to notice yourself. Customer service has deflected every single issue I've asked about without helping. Seeking another solution after losing countless sales.

Juan C was very helpful this morning, he helped me fix some issues I was having very quickly and he was very nice!
I had an issue with processing a refund for a customer, Joey from ReCharge Support provided a quick response, with multiple ways to fix my issue. He was able to help fix my issue within minutes. Thank you for your help!

Really appreciate the support I received from Max! I sent an email to support and within 35 minutes Max was on it. Max was very personable and helped me to troubleshoot my issues, and he made sure he resolved all my issues before closing my inquiry.
Our Recharge Rep, Paul, has been one of the best Client Success Managers I've ever worked with. He personally cares about our company's success as well as the success of my individual projects, and he is willing to meet on a whim to help unblock me whenever possible. Thanks for all your help Paul, we couldn't move so quickly without you!
Overall, the Recharge team has been great and is a huge reason I would recommend the brand to other companies! I took a star off due to some technical constraints but they are minor.
