I use the app for a monthly ribbon subscription box and it is so easy to navigate. Help response times are super fast and reps are so helpful!!
Used this app to run a subscription box service a few years. It's a bit challenging to set up but it does the job and works well. ReCharge's Customer Service is awesome, they've always been helpful and able to solve problems quickly.

It's the best, good support is the key. It's not perfect but they respond pretty timely and genuinely seem to care and we get issues sorted out. Highly recommend.
This app has been great for our coffee subscription. It’s nice to have customers be able to update or change their subscription on their own.
Made it super easy for me to fix an issue disabling a subscription on a particular product. Thank you!!

Recharge has great chat support! Malcolm was very fast at responding & helped me every step of the way. I do wish Recharge offered demos or videos for help since that is always easier to follow along. Pretty easy app to work once you get the hang of it.
