We've had very helpful customer service experiences with recharge support. Response time is quick & so is resolution of issues.
Recharge was able to get back to me regarding my inquiry in less than 24 hours and explained to me the issues so we don't meet them again. Great customer service.
We've used this app for several years now. Been perfect for subscriptions and over time they have improved the functionality. Their support is also superb. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to set up subscriptions.

We have been using Recharge since early 2017 - being a start up company they are definitely very helpful and attentive to our requests, issues, and needs. Each representative that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and provides me on-time support and listens and understands my inquires. We have had great conversations with account managers, Nilyria, Matt, and support engineer, Karis. The app is very easy to use from the admin and customer portal side.
Love this app. Plugs in easily and intuitive. Allow us to do everything we need with our subscription program. Support is great and fast. Highly recommend.

They switched me over to a paid account without me asking for it. Now they no longer have a free account. 1% + .10 so now my credit card charge rate is extra high once you add this onto what credit cards/paypal is charging. Thank you for working with me and removing charges that were not mine.
