There are many bugs that cause my customers repeat orders not to go through each month and I can never understand and take ages to try to figure each problem out, I hope this will be improved soon, although the I'm very happy with the customer service

Absolute garbage. Where to even begin? Save yourself a LOT of headaches and don't come anywhere near this horrendous app.
Horrendous functionality, horrendous support, horrendous documentation. Absolute joke but not funny.
Recharge has been rolling out so many new features and their support is always top notch! Not only is their team helpful and quick to respond, they're just such nice people. :)
