We've been using Recharge for a few years now, and it has made our subscription business sing. Recently, we worked with Nick at E-shop Genius on some modifications to our site, and he was a dream to work with as well. He was responsive, understood our needs, and executed the work quickly. I'm confident we'll get the most out of Recharge moving forward thanks to his help.

LOVE this app. I have been using it for years for my subscription products. It is easy for me and easy for customers to manage their subscriptions. Great customer service!

Customer service has been great! Matt A. was able to help me trouble shoot some specific issues we were having with order triggers and walked me through how our team would be able to automatically apply discounts on our subscriptions at checkout.

Our Dev team says: "We have been using Recharge for offering subscriptions on our coffee store for some time now, and I must say we're impressed by the quality of service they provide. The main thing which makes them stand out is their top-notch customer support. I have been personally helped by Nikola C. from the technical support team on several technical issues and I must say he's a pro at what he does! We have recently migrated our store from "Recharge checkout on Shopify" to "Shopify Checkout Integration" and the entire migration and post-migration experience has been smooth because of Nikola and other members of the support team.
