I really enjoy using recharge, I hope they can do more to improve customisation of customer portals, otherwise a good service!

The app is really useful to sell subscriptions & the customer service answers really quickly. On the less bright side, there is still quite a bit of bugs in the app and a lot more features to develop
Found out that Recharge has SMS integration to them. So I tried and it's working pretty well despite the minor hitch on setting up, which Jovanah, their customer service representative, helped me with, and in no time I was able to get things going! Great service! Kudos!
Nikola helped me figure out why a subscription wasn't cancelling. When the first solution didn't work, Nikola tried another method and it worked. Glad for the prompt solution.

We've been using Recharge for a few years now, and it has made our subscription business sing. Recently, we worked with Nick at E-shop Genius on some modifications to our site, and he was a dream to work with as well. He was responsive, understood our needs, and executed the work quickly. I'm confident we'll get the most out of Recharge moving forward thanks to his help.
App really works well for us. It can be a bit fiddly but he support is great. The friendly Byron C helped us when we had some trouble and now it's working smoothly again. Recommended.
