great customer service / troubleshooting when needed. very easy, quick, and thorough and helped to prevent the issue in the future

Customer service has always been very helpful and prompt! The app itself has been wonderful to use with our subscription business and we are very happy with the performance and abilities.

We used this app to charge customers for recurring coffee subscriptions. I had an issue manually adding a customer to link to our store for a recurring purchase, and Nena replied very quickly and was very helpful and professional. Her technical support advice weas easy to follow, and now my customer is linked to the portal. Thank you Nena!

I emailed for support on a shipping charge issue. The support team resolved the issue quickly. I find that each time I email for support I get an response quickly. The support team is very good with getting issues resolved due to a high knowledge of the Recharge program. I am very satisfied with the support team.

I use this app for subscription based products. It’s very easy to use and the customer service at Recharge is phenomenal. Customer service makes or breaks a product. Quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

We had an issue on the weekend of payment processing for our store and we were thankfully able to get assistance from Recharge about the issue. The Recharge Rep. worked tirelessly to help us overcome our issue and stayed in touch to make sure all went well.

This app is really great for managing our customer subscriptions. We've used different apps before but this is the best so far not to mention how easy to navigate around its platform. I also want to emphasize that they have the best support system as well. Really love it.
