I've been using Recharge Subscriptions for over a year now, and I've been very happy with the service. It's easy to use, and it's helped me to increase my recurring revenue. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

Kinder Beauty has been on ReCharge since day one, going on 2.5 years now. We love the ReCharge team, and they've helped us scale from a new startup to a significant ARR. They are always looking to improve and to rollout new features for brands like ours, and they truly understand the challenges subscription DTC businesses face. Big fan!

Nikola helped me figure out why a subscription wasn't cancelling. When the first solution didn't work, Nikola tried another method and it worked. Glad for the prompt solution.

We have had a great experience so far with Recharge and mainly it is because we were assigned to Gordon C for our support contact. We wish we could have been assigned to him right off the bat because we did work without it for a month and the difference he made once he joined our account was huge. He was always willing to jump in and help and we have been able to really ramp up because of all that Gordon has done for our store. Really happy to see that Recharge has this feature and also hires people like Gordon. I am really upset that the support has come to an end so that would be my only wish here - Recharge needs to extend this I think for a little longer to really help business succeed long term.

ReCharge is fantastic! Highly recommend. The team driving this service is absolutely incredible and thorough when assisting with issues. The features and abilities for our customers to manage, update, remove their subscription are all there and easy to use. Lots of useful reporting and tracking metrics and more. Also, ReCharge can handle large subscription models really well. We have over 15,000 subscribers currently so if that doesn't tell you they can do it, I don't know what will. Of course there are be things that can be cleaned up and added over time and I know ReCharge pays close attention to the moving pieces within Shopify so that they are always compliant. Five stars!

I had a glitch with Subscription Details pop up. My design didn't show up as intended. The pop up appeared but would be very difficult to read. I couldn't find why my design wasn't showing up and I couldn't find a way to remove the pop up completely. I emailed on 23rd of December and within an hour the issue was resolved. I honestly didn't think I'd get a response till after Christmas. But I am grateful to have had this little annoying design flaw fixed quickly. Big thank you to Hector!

Can't say enough great things about the support provided by Recharge. We were originally using Bold Recurring orders to allow the customer to build their recurring own box of fish at Sizzlefish.com but wanted customers to be able to add-on custom packages and items through their subscription portal.

We had contracted an agency to help us build our checkout and modified customer portal but after countless missed deadlines and a complete failure to deliver a working final product, we cut ties with the agency. Luckily Jairus Streight from ReCharge stepped in to help guide our in-house team toward a finished product.

Jairus provided every resource we could ask for, assisted with debugging parts of our code, and explained very technical concepts regarding Recharge's APIs and developer docs in a way that our team could understand and act on. When it was time to launch our new subscription checkout and portal + migrate thousands of customers over from Bold, Jairus stayed several hours beyond his normal working hours to ensure the launch went successfully and that any discrepancies were ironed out.
Recharge has gone above and beyond for our company to ensure that our needs are met and so far we have found the product to be superior to that of many of their competitors in terms of scalability, functionality, reporting, and user experience.
