Appreciate the quick response to our rogue widget! Juan C. was very helpful and was able to identify and resolve the issues with our code in a timely manner.
This app needs no introduction as it's become an industry standard with Shopify and enabling subscription/recurring revenue e-commerce businesses. So you'd think they would rest on their laurels when it comes to customer service, right?? WRONG -- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SUPPORT. Add to this the fact they are constantly rolling out new features and functionality. Best app experience. Hands down. - the team over at NateGrooming.com
Terrible customer service and support. Zero support for launch. Advised a 30min migration - it took 72 hours. Use another subcription app.
Gordon C helped with the big implementation and saved us a lot of time. He was there to answer the tough questions and we got it all working.
Funktional. Robust. Super cool and helpful customer support! We went from 0 to 100 subscriptions with ReCharge and will continue growing with them!
The app is good, however the support service team have been fantastic. I'll always try and set up or fix things first, but I must admit there are just somethings I need to get the techs to fix. Thanks

I reached out to customer service for help with an error message my customers were receiving after I changed some settings in the app. Not only did Tigist respond promptly, he fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to alert me to another potential problem that was a separate issue from the one I originally needed help with.
