Miley was a great help and responded right away. We have had various Recharge issues in the past and didn't get quite the correct response in a timely fashion so this was much improved customer service. Thank you!

Recharge has transformed our business model and allowed us to weather the pandemic by increasing our subscription offerings to our customers. The functions on offer and ability to always get support quickly is reassuring - especially when a large portion of your business is relying on subscriptions. We moved over to Recharge from a different subscription solution. Overall, good experience from the Sales team to launch. Vinse R., our Launch Engineer, was extremely helpful and upbeat throughout the entire process--and answered ALL our questions (no detail was too small). Due to many time zones involved with our project, he graciously was available at various hours, and ensured we were ready to launch on time.

We had a bunch of subscriptions that needed to have their subscription product updated due to an accidental deletion of the original product. I reached out to ReCharge support and they responded SAME day. Even more impressive is that this experience is pretty much the norm with ReCharge -- they've ALWAYS been hyper responsive and their responses are always detailed and specific, leading directly to a solution. Wonderful support. :-)

We have been using ReCharge for subscription order for about 6 months. We are also using Klaviyo for email marketing and newsletters. So naturally we wanted to enable the ReCharge + Klaviyo integration. We ran into an issue with setting the integration setup. Fortunately, we had a great customer support rep (John) who communicated with us as their developers worked out the issue. I received a personal reminder from him only a couple of days later letting me know the issue was sorted out. I followed the setup process again as instructed and now we are rocking! A big thank you to the ReCharge team, customer support + developers! You all are doing a great job.

The Recharge APP works well - it is seamless and integrates nicely with Shopify. The support team are amazing and in particular Dalia F who was prompt and solved a customer billing issue quickly and promptly and professionally.
