This review is for the fantastic support experience we had with Juan C. We had an urgent payment issue that was complicated but Juan immediately got to the root of the issue. Not only was the issue identified but he went above and beyond to fully explain all of it to us, making sure we understood and patiently explaining further if we didn't. He was extremely knowledgeable and had impeccable communication that made the resolution of a headache into an efficient and smooth experience.

Juan’s exceptional clarity in every step of the resolution process ensured that we were never left in the dark. His dedication to answer all our questions, and answer them in a timely manner was beyond impressive. He is a testament to the gold standard of recharge support. Highly recommended!

We use Recharge to handle the rebillings of our rolling beer club memberships both quarterly and annually. Hats off to our account manager Gordon C. for holding our hands through the complexities specific to our business and for identifying improvements in our process as we move forward. It is just so good to work with a company that will respond to your email enquiries in such a timely manner. What is even better they act on your enquiry and implement the change request within 24hours.
We have only just started our partnership with Recharge and even at this early stage, we know this was the right decision for our company.

I find ReCharge a little pricey and some features can be a little tedious, but overall it works well. Shoutout to Renata though for great service and assistance with some issues we were having and resolving them promptly.
