Robert was wonderful and answered all of my questions and concerns and even sent me links to help! Followed up to ensure I didn't need anything further.

I find it not very interactive and it should have live chat to speed up the support process. However, the email support guys do their best to help as much as possible.

Bryan Nguyen was very helpful. We could not figure it out via email so he sent me a zoom link and patiently worked with me for over two hours. It was so kind and extremely beneficial. He had great ideas and was very generous with his time.
