We recently switched to ReCharge in order to integrate with a new loyalty and rewards platform. Not only does ReCharge fulfill that need for us, it's also a much better user interface for customers. ReCharge support has been very helpful as well whenever we have questions or run into roadblocks with implementation.

Nikola C. was very quick to respond, very friendly and fixed my problem straight away. We setup a free subscription for a contest winner and she was able to set it up straight away for me. Thanks Nik! May 28th:

Amazing app, it's easy to use, and fairly straightforward. Even a nontech-savvy person can operate. Also has top-notch responsive Customer service.

Amazing customer service, very efficient. My issue was resolved within an hour. User friendly website, lots of staff can use with next to no training as it is very accessible.
