Gordon was nothing short of amazing. I was new to the app and overwhelmed. He helped me with all my questions and even notified me of a feature that just launched. Every company needs a Gordon!!
ReCharge has been great. We have seen our subscription business grow exponentially and benefit from the Account Manager relationship and quick customer support.
I use Recharge to offer my monthly sewing tutorials as a subscription. I am not at all 'techie' but I found this really easy to install and the support whenever I have had a question has been very good - very quick and helpful.

Recharge is a sophisticated app within Shopify that enables subscription products to be sold, managed and edited with relative ease. The customer support they offer is excellent and Juan was very helpful in assisting with my query. From a technical perspective there are some improvements that could be made, namely making importing bulk discount codes into Recharge for the client themselves.
Quick and clear customer service, solved the issue easily. Very happy with the result. Thank you very much.
Well-thought App. Being able to grant discounts to customers for there subscriptions is really a nice feature. I missed it with other providers. Thanx to a great customer happiness supporter Katy D. She helped me a lot and showed me backgrounds why things happen that way. Great job!
Had the best service experience with Juan from ReCharge support. He solved an extremely complicated issue for us within a couple of hours — and it's a testament to the level of service that ReCharge provides.
We haven't had the app long so we are still testing everything, but the customer service so far has been amazing. We ran into a few issues with set up and implementation and Nigel S. was able to help us every step of the way.
It is a great app that makes simple the subscription process for my customers and for me, as a store owner. Plus the support service is spectacular, their answers are always fast and accurate. They really have helped me find the right solution and taught me how to use the platform in the best way
