We made the switch to ReCharge a few years ago (away from Bold) and have been really happy. ReCharge is the obvious leader in subscription management on Shopify highlighted by the capabilities that are available to consumers and admins. The continued investment in feature development is what will keep us around until someone else in the space can prove that they've got a superior product. Only non-positive comment is that it's expensive. We believe that you get what you pay for, but we'll definitely give Shopify Subscriptions a hard look once they have a fully baked solution.

Easiest plug and play software I think I’ve ever used. Infinitely scalable, ever-improving analytics, crazy responsive customer service/tech help. Any issue I’ve ever had, if I couldn’t figure it out via FAQ, was solved within 24 hours. Thank you! (Nigel and Nevena are super helpful!)

We recently switched to ReCharge in order to integrate with a new loyalty and rewards platform. Not only does ReCharge fulfill that need for us, it's also a much better user interface for customers. ReCharge support has been very helpful as well whenever we have questions or run into roadblocks with implementation.
