Overall ReCharge is a very good app that provides the ability to offer subscriptions to our customers. The support team has also been very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues we have run into.

I do think that having some added customization/flexibility in the way bundles are set up and function as well as within the interface would be very beneficial and take the app to another level. Some things are a bit limited and have required workarounds.

Working with Recharge is a refreshing change from most Saas experience I've had. Patrick helped answer my question directly and quickly, and I was able to keep going on my site without having to wait. It was great have such quick turnaround and getting the answer I needed without the usual games most apps play, like sending you to endless rounds of faqs, community groups, etc.

We made the switch to ReCharge a few years ago (away from Bold) and have been really happy. ReCharge is the obvious leader in subscription management on Shopify highlighted by the capabilities that are available to consumers and admins. The continued investment in feature development is what will keep us around until someone else in the space can prove that they've got a superior product. Only non-positive comment is that it's expensive. We believe that you get what you pay for, but we'll definitely give Shopify Subscriptions a hard look once they have a fully baked solution.

The Recharge app fit exactly what we needed for our subscription service. When we needed help they were quick to support us and resolve any issues we had. It's a simple and efficient application.

I have received help from various team members, and the support has been amazing. I am not very tech literate, and the assistance they gave me made it straight forward and simple to get a subscription service setup for my shopify website. Makes it effortless to offer subscription to customers and support is very responsive. The new integrated checkout makes the whole offering a lot more sophisticated.

Easiest plug and play software I think I’ve ever used. Infinitely scalable, ever-improving analytics, crazy responsive customer service/tech help. Any issue I’ve ever had, if I couldn’t figure it out via FAQ, was solved within 24 hours. Thank you! (Nigel and Nevena are super helpful!)
