I had a really good experience with this app. Support is always extremely responsive and helpful. Like it a lot more than what else is available.
Basically, the most important feature that is paying for the subscriptions does not work. If you add it to the chart it works, but if your clients choose to use the pay button they get an error. And they expect us to pay a developer in order to fix this. For us is like false advertising, since the app basically does not work properly.
I love this app, everything was simple to install and I love how it looks on the store. Customer service is top notch as well- highly recommend!
We're not in love with the ReCharge app. It's a bit non-intuitive and wonky for customers to easily make changes. Seems most can not figure out how to log in to their accounts. I was reluctant to sign up to Recharge at first because of the higher price vs the lower priced subscription management apps available, however I have to say this is already proving extremely valuable.

The Recharge team has proven very useful when running through the features and implementation of the app on our website. Support gets back to us quickly and so far everything has been working without problems. Very satisfied.
I really enjoy using recharge, I hope they can do more to improve customisation of customer portals, otherwise a good service!
