Bryan was absolutely amazing as a customer service agent! I had a trouble setting up a workflow for a client and it was so hard to figure out where I had gone wrong. Bryan went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue(s) we were having and get it working immediately for our customers.
Customer service is great. They have a fast response time and they gave me the info I needed. Thanks Hector!
Great app and fast assistance! Didn't think I would receive a response that quick since we are on the free plan, but we did!
So far it's been great and the support I received (especially from Vuk) has been great. I wasn't sure we'd be able to import old prepaid orders but we have, which has been a huge, huge help. Really impressed so far.

Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Installed the app, my customers could not checkout - I am using a premium theme, and there was no error to say that their app and my theme would not work... We installed the code they asked us to install, still didn't work - then told us that they could not longer help! F*cking useless! Has so much potential..
This app had legal terms that covered the checkout page. I never was able to find a way to remove this. The legal terms covered other text. I was only able to move the widget around on the page but never remove the legal terms. This made the app unusable. If the app covers your websites text and makes reading about your product impossible why use this app?
Was having issues installing and reached out for help and their customer service got back to me quick and solved the problem. Thanks Dalia and thanks Recharge. Looking forward to taking subscriptions from my customers now.
I didn't even get to try it ... when I go to "open application" the page goes blank ... I tried to find a link for support or help and I didn't find it either ... curious experience
