We have been using this app for several years now and every once in awhile we run into a glitch which needs to be resolved by Recharge. Juan's support today was exceptional! He went above and beyond in both explaining and resolving our issues. He was patient, kind and thorough and checked back with me to make sure that everything was correctly implemented. This is customer service at its best!
