I love how responsive their Support Team is, especially April. There was never a question she wasn't able to answer very satisfactorily. She helped us fix some issues, as well as provided very helpful advice. ReCharge is a GREAT app that is TRUE to what it says it can do.
We have had multiple issues with customer accounts lately and Shayaan was AHHHHHMAZING in helping figure out what happened with this customer in addition to providing examples and an explanation. This is so helpful for us to further troubleshoot similar scenarios before reaching out to your team. Shayaan was also very nice in the process, didn't come off in any other manner than extremely nice and positive!
Nikola was fantastic and quick in helping me solve an issue with one of our products, great customer service!
Still the best subscription app out there, the support is second to none!
