We've been using this app for a number of years for subscription services and it is pretty seamless. If we don't know something, we just ask support and they respond quickly with either an answer or recommendations/resources.
Customer support answers fast! And answer is complete and straightforward. Thank you!!
So far our experience with Recharge has been amazing and much of that is due to our contact Gordon C. We were assigned under him in the first month or so after switching back and he has really helped us get up and running. He continually supports the business and is willing to help at any time. I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and he has felt like part of our team. I will be really sad to lose him as a resource but he has done wonders for our experience with Recharge so far!
This is a great service and made managing subscriptions easy. Would recommend this to other startups looking for an easy subscription solution
Kiki L answered my question quickly and her customer service was 5-Star. Your app is easy to use but I find your Help/Support Center difficult to locate answers in. Your team is great and I usually reach out to them by message directly because I go around in circles trying to get an answer through the Help screen. I have to say, though, the recent update is good as it provides more detailed analytical info.
Mallory at Customer Service was very quick to response despite the holiday and provided a step-by-step solution for the problem.

ReCharge allowed us to setup a monthly subscription to our PDF pattern offer. The cost is not negligible, but the service is on point, no other app offers the same level of functionality. Also, the customer service never disappointed us, they always responded quickly and managed to solve our issues. (Shout out to Nikola who just helped us on a huge problem, which turned out to be our fault)
Tigist was great! He answered my email within 15 minutes and has assisted me with an urgent need! Very helpful.

Recharge is pretty simple to use and has great customer service. I would recommend this app if you are looking for a good subscription option to your website.
