I have been personally helped by Nikola C. from the technical support team on several technical issues and I must say he's a pro at what he does! We have recently migrated our store from "Recharge checkout on Shopify" to "Shopify Checkout Integration" and the entire migration and post-migration experience has been smooth because of Nikola and other members of the support team. ReCharge is excellent! We have been using ReCharge for almost 4 years now to handle our subscription service. They have a ton of features and integrations and they are constantly building out more. Support is also excellent - fast response, effective solutions, and often times they go the extra mile to implement a solution. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to offer subscriptions to their customers!
Support always gives me quick help without a lot of back and forth and they go into Shopify when I need it and make code changes. I really appreciate their technical expertise!
