This app makes life easier taking care the subscription in general. My only complaint is that when we have to adjust products prices, we have to run a synchronization, but it doesn't affect the current subscriptions, having to manually update them to the new price. Also, would be a good idea to have an option to send a notification about price increase, when it happens.
Malcolm was an extremely helpful customer service agent who resolved our issues in an efficient and effective manner.
I've been very pleased with the support of this app. The help documentation is thorough and the responses when I have a question are detailed. It's fairly intuitive to navigate the backend and clients are easily able to manage their own subscriptions.
Eduardo M. solved our integration issue quickly. His attention to detail and quick response was the best experience we've had with ReCharge support in over 3 years. Hope we get more service like he provides.

Great app and support ! Would recommend to anyone having a subscription business or planning to launch one.
Although there are still functions that we'd love to see, the capabilities have been further enhanced recently so there is quite a lot more that we can achieve now! Customer service is very responsive, helpful and friendly too.
