Helpfull customerservice. The features requested was not avaiable. However the customer service was quick to offer other tools.

I use this app to sell products by subscription. It's easy to set up and the support team has been very helpful thorough out!

The SMS feature wasn't working as expected. The 3-day notice to our customers (prior to shipment) wasn't going out. That's the most important text! Taylor P. was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. It did take a few weeks, but he maintained communication with me on a weekly basis do I knew the issue was still on his radar which gave me peace of mind. Taylor P was awesome! Thanks again ...

Quite intuitive, very useful. It usually works great - we just experienced a couple of minor issues with out "go to checkout" button, but overall very good experience. CS team is always happy to help.

The system is a bit slow to work with, but I'm a fan of the chat customer service function. They're always super fast to respond and clear up my issues, no matter the complexity. Latest, I got amazing assistance from Nevena J. from the customer support team

Appreciate the app's capabilities and insights. Getting better all the time, and generally very responsive to customer service tickets. I wish there were more hands-on support at times, but can't complain about the information on self-help solutions provided.

I love the customer service or support team 5 stars. They help me a lot to resolve my questions. I'm giving 4 star right now because I would like to have more filter options to customize my data.

Pretty solid app. We've definitely found it helpful and more user friendly than Bold's recurring billing app. We've been using Recharge for about 18 months and I've witnessed app enhancements and improvements that resolved some pain points we had in the beginning. I would recommend it. Great customer service and easy to use! Although, my clients tend to have a tough time canceling subscriptions that they ordered by accident.
