Excellent customer support from Rudy of the Support Team - went above and beyond to help out. Timely responses and extremely professional.
I have had a few issues with navigating our subscriptions account but every time I raise a query recharge employees have been very helpful and concise in their answers. Most recently Miguel was fantastic with his example videos and helping me solve an issue. Thank you!
I've been using ReCharge for a while now and have always had great service. Recently we had a billing issue, and within a couple hours on a saturday it was rectified and I was moving forward. Other than that I've never had any issues!
The customer support team, AJ in particular, was incredibly responsive and helpful with processing bulk subscription updates for our store in a time crunch.
Recharge App is an absolute solution if you need to adopt a recurring service for your customers. I'm pretty sure that Recharge App enables to offer stable and consistent service for both vendors and customers each. Don't hesitate to buy Recharge app. Of course, Recharge App needs to be improved more, but currently it helps enough for recurring service.

The support member answered my question and implemented the solution. He even went beyond what I was anticipating. I only needed to communicate one time to get a resolution.
