Tech support has always been on point. Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient with solutions, they are also friendly and a pleasure to work with; you don't need to be a techie to talk to their techies to achieve perfect results. Today I worked with a tech consultant named Maryam and she exemplified everything I described above.
We use Recharge to handle the rebillings of our rolling beer club memberships both quarterly and annually. Hats off to our account manager Gordon C. for holding our hands through the complexities specific to our business and for identifying improvements in our process as we move forward. Great customer service and knowledge.
My questions always get answered quickly and Shayaan is lovely to deal with and always helps out when I need assistance.

Very useful app, the support was great they helped me on everything that I needed to take advantage of the app features.
I find ReCharge a little pricey and some features can be a little tedious, but overall it works well. Shoutout to Renata though for great service and assistance with some issues we were having and resolving them promptly.
