The customer service team is amazing. Matt, specifically, gave me over-the-top great service until I fully understood the issue my customers were experiencing. The app is great. 4 stars only because access to the subscription portal for customers can be wonky if the proper settings aren't enabled from the get-go. Talk to a customer service person first : )

The application itself is very good when it comes to subscription type purchases. The only thing which's actually a negative is that when an "export" of cancelled subscription is made, it's given in "in full" As in there's no option to select the date for which you want the export to be given. Thanks.

Recharge has been a good app. There have been a few tiny glitches but the suppport team has been very timely with quick fixes and good communication.

If there were something to improve upon, more UX testing with "normal" users on customer side. Some of our customers are able to manage their subscriptions easily, but we still have a number who are confused and we help with our support team.

The app is a little bit confusing with its features - it's not as straightforward. However, the customer support is amazing and quick and resolved my query quickly 5 out of 5.

The SMS feature wasn't working as expected. The 3-day notice to our customers (prior to shipment) wasn't going out. That's the most important text! Taylor P. was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. It did take a few weeks, but he maintained communication with me on a weekly basis do I knew the issue was still on his radar which gave me peace of mind. Taylor P was awesome! Thanks again ...

Consistently improving the app, and since we've upgraded to have live chat as an option, customer service has been much quicker.

We've been using Recharge for a while now. It works better than other subscription software we have had.

I will say I find their help documentation generally confusing - like it's written for someone more tech minded.

However, their customer support usually responds within 24 hours and is helpful.

Appreciate the app's capabilities and insights. Getting better all the time, and generally very responsive to customer service tickets. I wish there were more hands-on support at times, but can't complain about the information on self-help solutions provided.
