Recharge has been really solid for us. It is easy to integrate, offers unique customizations, and has comprehensive technology.
Their support is all remote and typically is sufficient, but sometimes it can take longer than ideal to get issues resolved.
Unfortunately, more custom support is only available on the highest tier plan (we are on the pro plan). I think ReCharge would benefit greatly from options for phone support. I also think that for some of the more complex functionalities, more could be done to make it easier to do on your own.

Brilliant customer support. Fantastic app. A must for every shopify merchant who wants to offer subscription. Our customers love the "manage my subscription" page. we do too.
