Recharge has been a great subscription platform for our company. There have been some hiccups and issues pop up but our velocity account manager Ben Grunert has been there every step of the way to help us solve problems and reach our goals. This review is really 5 starts for Ben because his efforts and level of service are what have made our experience with Recharge positive. He is quick to answer any questions we have and always working hard to find solutions fo us anytime we bring something up with him. The app itself is good and fairly easy to use but it's Ben's commitment to supporting our company that have made using recharge a 5 star experience.

GREAT migration process - this was something we were really hesitant about but it was very easy and any little bug (which we only had two small issues) were fixed almost immediately and our customers had no interrupted service.
