Leaving this review because our sales rep at ReCharge, Alex, went above and beyond in answering our questions/emails quickly, and with great information and advice. In addition, we have been using the service for almost 3 months now, and the support we get when opening tickets is responsive and informative.
We migrated from a different subscription platform, and the Recharge team made things so easy for us! Their service and support are terrific, and the app itself is very user friendly.

Customer Service is great! I had a million questions, and the Recharge team was very willing to spend a lot of time answering all of them.
I migrated from Bold to Recharge as the integration and partnership options Reacharge had available were essential to our continued growth. The migration team (Mat in particular), were beyond helpful and made the experience seamless!
