Juan was great and explained everything well. Very helpful and kind. He was through in explaining everything that I needed to navigate the app.
I used this app for my subscription orders solution. Still learning to use it but the help docs and support is amazing. No wonder the reviews are so good.

Nikola, my support rep has been absolutely amazing and its the rest of the recharge support team as well. They are always willing to help me out, step by step and are very patient with any questions I may have. They're amazing.

Recharge is great! And the support team is also wonderfully responsive, shout out to Erica! The only thing that could make it better is if all the apps and Shopify could all communicate well, we had to make a few tweaks/workarounds to get local delivery working with subscriptions. Overall, really great product.

Recharge support is fantastic and it's been my default recommended subscription solution.
The few times we've needed to get in contact about our migration to the new version, pricing concerns or API issues they've always been quick to help. Their product does everything we need and their API has allowed us to integrate our subscription data in to other systems.
We've looked into Recharge as we will be exploring subscription options in the future for our business. Set up was simple, quick, and easy. I also spoke with Ben from their team who provided insight on the product and was very helpful.
Looking forward to being able to leverage the app to see further growth for our e-commerce portion of business.
