Sarah at Recharge was super helpful and really quick to assist with any queries I had. She installed the app onto a draft theme for a client to ensure that the current site wouldn't be affected. She was very responsive and helpful and I was able to get any questions answered promptly. Thanks a mil guys!

I was happy with ReCharge and I would continue with them but their price increasing to 99$ per month coming into effect in the new year is ridiculous. Sadly no options for smaller businesses and this simply seems like an attempt to increase their revenues. I look forward to switching to a competitor that is more reasonable and fair for smaller businesses. What an inconvenience!

ReCharge is the best subscription app around, and everyone knows it. The thing that really sets them apart though is their support. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to utilize subscriptions for their store.

The app mostly of does what it's supposed to but has a lot of Shopify integration issues. Back end subscription management is tedious and unintuitive. Customer service agents are unhelpful if they respond at all, and when they make sweeping platform changes the user is left helpless with no response from developer. Lack of customization options. We have been using recharge for quite some time now. The old pricing structure meant that they took a % of sales. The new pricing structure is still a % of sales plus an added monthly charge of £140 - this can quickly add up.

The email for the price increase justified this with the addition of new features - OK, that seemed fine.

The new features are at an EXTRA cost.

Appreciate the app's capabilities and insights. Getting better all the time, and generally very responsive to customer service tickets. I wish there were more hands-on support at times, but can't complain about the information on self-help solutions provided.

HORRIBLE SUPPORT!! Non exsistent support, they could care less here. I am not the only one from these reviews. Customers cannot even manage their own subscriptions!
