Really appreciate the support that Recharge provides, Malik and Brian specifically have been great to work with. Of course, Recharge also works seamlessly with Shopify and provides a pretty dang good customer experience.

I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help. I was frustrated and did not know how to change a setting and he did it for me and fixed my problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience.
Recharge has made our customers subscription experience much simpler and easier to navigate which means less complaints for us.
Have also found the team at recharge really fantastic to deal with and super helpful when helping us transfer across and helping with any technical issues in setup.

My customers haven’t been able to subscribe since the update and recharge price went up but I’m not seeing the benefit , also I did the upgrade multiple times and the day the switch happened I was notified I had not successfully done the switch. Not impressed
