I've had a pretty poor experience with Recharge. They charge you for all sorts of features including customer support. We've been using Recharge for our subscription offering for the last 2 years. HORRIBLE SUPPORT!! Non exsistent support, they could care less here. I am not the only one from these reviews. Customers cannot even manage their own subscriptions! I am not very satisfied with this app. We used to use Bold subscriptions and have migrated over to recharge about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems, so many issues with our customers changing addresses on the backend and ...

There's absolutely no support. NOTHING!
The "Get Help" link in their app is inactive. There's no online chat and there's no ticket system.
How does Shopify let them have apps?

P.S
On October 16, 2023, they replied to my review and I never heard from them. I finally managed to get to a new app and uninstall this app.
Supper expensive with no support.

L'application est passée à 100€ par mois, du jour au lendemain, sans informer qui que ce soit. C'est une facturation abusive, tout simplement.
L'application est très chère et son tarif n'est pas fait pour les petites entreprises.

I had been using this app for almost two years for a monthly art pin subscription club.

Unfortunately the price hike makes this unusable for very small businesses. I can handle a % fee increase because it is scaled to the size of my business, but the new $99 per month flat fee kills this for small businesses and those just starting out. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently migrated over to a new website and needed to migrate my Recharge customers over to the new website, and after nearly 2 weeks I am STILL WAITING for my customers to be migrated over by Recharge and now at risk of loosing business as a result. AVOID THIS APP

This is a very bad app. They advertise that it's fully integrated but its just not. Do you yourself a favor and google ReCharge for Shopify Everything It Claims To Be? for you start. It will give you a more honest review. I wish I read this before we signed up

Prepare to annoy and frustrate your most loyal customers, and receive numerous emails to help manage their subscriptions. App is so buggy at the moment that I can't even manage my own subscriptions with them. If I, the owner, can't do it, you better bet your customers can't. Been using them for over a year!

They certainly increase the prices of the app without any warning at all and now since our subscribers are still in this we cannot close and canceled app.
WARNING do not ever use this app they are stealing money

Was on this app for almost 3 years. Now they say they are switching and charging everyone $99.00 a month. This created a lot of work for me now, Not happy about this.
