A great app with prompt service. I was using a competitor for quite a few years though they weren't helping and didn't seem to be working on the product for the future, I can see that this appears to be different for ReCharge.
A good product worth the hassle of swapping services.

The service continues to be good though, like others on here I can see a price hike in the near future. We may want to be looking further afield as the service wasn't cheap, to begin with, and we have 3 websites using ReCharge, this is quite the bill.

Recently, I was experiencing some error issues with ReCharge and Julmar was integral in supporting me figure out what was going on. Great app, clean interface, and makes the process of accepting subscriptions very easy. Support is also top-notch. Had an issue regarding my shipping set up and I was promptly assisted by Erica. She was very attentive and followed up with me in order to help me get things sorted. Awesome support, I'm really impressed! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Kiki L answered my question quickly and her customer service was 5-Star. Your app is easy to use but I find your Help/Support Center difficult to locate answers in. Your team is great and I usually reach out to them by message directly because I go around in circles trying to get an answer through the Help screen. I have to say, though, the recent update is good as it provides more detailed analytical info.
