I wanted to provide feedback on an individual at Recharge. Dan, a senior support engineer has been assisting myself on behalf of our company for almost 6 months now to ensure our issue was resolved, completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion anytime I had to contact him. He was kind, explained all options clearly, was patient and a true delight to work with. Hire more Dan's!

Works as required and the support is second to none. It could be a little more flexible but that can all be overcome with bulk updates.

Very good customer service and documentation in general. I had a request to change store owner and it was handled quickly.

Gordon, what a machine, sorted the bulk updater job in 10 minutes then showed me how I can do it at my own convenience next time around.

Great app, FANTASTIC support - beats the competition hands-down. Imported all our info from Bold, even the stripe customer info!

Excellent product with great customer service. It is easy to integrate with Shopify and other apps. I would prefer to have a phone number for customer support but Recharge tends to do well with responding to emails.

I've been using ReCharge for a while now and have always had great service. Recently we had a billing issue, and within a couple hours on a saturday it was rectified and I was moving forward. Other than that I've never had any issues!

The customer service here is awesome! I was having some technical difficulties, and Tigist immediately answered all of my questions with a detailed reply, and even included photos of exactly where I should click to fix the issue. Thanks again for your help, Tigist!
