Terrible customer service and support. Zero support for launch. Advised a 30min migration - it took 72 hours. Use another subcription app.
Funktional. Robust. Super cool and helpful customer support! We went from 0 to 100 subscriptions with ReCharge and will continue growing with them!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently migrated over to a new website and needed to migrate my Recharge customers over to the new website, and after nearly 2 weeks I am STILL WAITING for my customers to be migrated over by Recharge and now at risk of loosing business as a result. AVOID THIS APP
I reached out to customer service for help with an error message my customers were receiving after I changed some settings in the app. Not only did Tigist respond promptly, he fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to alert me to another potential problem that was a separate issue from the one I originally needed help with. Thank you so much!
We worked with Duncan Love to implement our app and he was totally amazing. The app itself is far superior to Bold and ultra flexible in complex subscription flows. Highly recommend!
Recharge is pretty simple to use and has great customer service. I would recommend this app if you are looking for a good subscription option to your website.
I often hesitate to contact any helpdesk support as I fear I won't receive a quick response, and keep trying to troubleshoot myself to find a solution, but Hector and his team were super quick to respond and fix a number of issues I had with the subscription service, which is reassuring when the app is there to dealing with my customers and their payments. We've been using Recharge for about two years and have not had any issues with it. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
The app is very easy to install. The customers interface is comfortable to work with, but not always intuitive. Customer support is great. Vary fast, very efficient and very friendly. Thank you.
