We've received many request from our customers to build an integration with this app and heard great feedback.
I am updating my review based on more recent experience with recharge. I migrated from a popular platform that sells only subscription boxes, and I'll be honest, I experienced a lot of challenges in the first month on the app. By the time I found Matt and Nick, I was beyond frustrated. But in the end, they saved the day. Nick helped clean up the migration issues in the "nick" of time before my customers renewed. And Matt ensured all of my other questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. There are areas on the app that can use improvement. Specifically, a way to add a ship-date (instead of being on the same date of the renewal), and a more user-friendly customer portal. On the bright side, I learned how to use the app quickly, by running through these issues together with the customer service team, and my customers barely noticed the massive work we did behind the scenes, as it was a mostly-seamless transition on the customer-facing side.

Almost ready to go live with ReCharge Subscriptions, the app is easy to use and looks professional. We've had a couple of small conflicts with our theme that the ReCharge team are resolving for us as we speak. The customer support from both Alona and Jamison has been nothing short of fantastic, I would highly recommend ReCharge to anyone looking to add recurring payments to their Shopify store. 5/5. Still in the setup phase so can't speak for the utility of ReCharge just yet but I'll be danged if they don't have some world class setup support especially from Ranson!
Initially had trouble finding the contact information for more support. However, the team reached out and have been helpful in helping us get setup.
Avoid!
The app is really buggy, doesn't install correctly out of the box, lots of missing information and missing product data.
We took the decision to try a different solution as the support is so poor and interested.
We have been on recharges free trial and we finally have our first website subscriber! The team have been very responsive and helpful - especially Alicia. Thanks!
