5 stars for the great support from Matt but 3 stars for not being able to manually input Subscription orders.

I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help. I was frustrated and did not know how to change a setting and he did it for me and fixed my problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience.
