Good functionality and excellent customer service. I was amazed how quickly I received a response addressing my question.
App does everything I need, and support has been great. I had a connection issue and they resolved it within 24 hours and kept me in the loop the whole time on progress.
Recharge is pretty great, it allows me to handle all my subscription products, and integrates well with Shopify. Customer service is top-notch.
Joey, the rep who assisted me on my inquiry was very helpful. Actually, all of the reps who have assisted me and my team have been quite helpful in solving issues varying from tweaks to CSS to troubleshooting any glitches. The App itself is simple but sometimes quite overwhelming with lots of settings and options that we need to explore to get a certain data. That's why having access to customer service is very useful.
I don’t think there are much subscription app on the store but for me, this has been one of the easiest subscription app to use. Everything is integrated and easy to use. Plus the customer service will answer any questions you have promptly.

great customer service / troubleshooting when needed. very easy, quick, and thorough and helped to prevent the issue in the future
Recharge has been a nightmare for us from day 1. Their customer support has been non-existent, they refuse to help if you have other apps installed and blame everything that doesn't work on other apps - even though we paid a premium for 'priority' support. They don't support currency conversions, so discounts actually ADDED the value of the discount to the price. When we had complaints from our customers on how confusing the customer portal was, they charged $300/month to customize it, and you still have to pay a developer 1000s on top of that. After more than 2 years, we finally found another solution that works for us and we have never been so happy to get rid of an app than Recharge. Good Riddance.
