Customer service has always been very helpful and prompt! The app itself has been wonderful to use with our subscription business and we are very happy with the performance and abilities.

We used this app to charge customers for recurring coffee subscriptions. I had an issue manually adding a customer to link to our store for a recurring purchase, and Nena replied very quickly and was very helpful and professional. The support team is very good with getting issues resolved due to a high knowledge of the Recharge program. I am very satisfied with the support team.
