Recharge Subscriptions

The Recharge APP works well - it is seamless and integrates nicely with Shopify. The support team are amazing and in particular Dalia F who was prompt and solved a customer billing issue quickly and promptly and professionally.

Meredith from customer service replied very quickly and was most helpful for our question. Our question was resolved quickly. Thanks!

The support team alone is worth the 5 stars. They've gotten back to me at least within 24 hours of every single request I've made - and I've made a ton. They've debugged my store, answered stupid questions, and have been incredibly accommodative. The app itself works pretty well too. One thing to be aware of is that the subscriptions aren't currently working for digital products, but there are workarounds. Also, I'm sure the ReCharge team is working on getting this feature out, so don't let that dissuade you. Overall, highly recommend it.

This app needs no introduction as it's become an industry standard with Shopify and enabling subscription/recurring revenue e-commerce businesses. So you'd think they would rest on their laurels when it comes to customer service, right?? WRONG -- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SUPPORT.
