(1) Poor communication for their internal team.
All the problems are required to repeat and repeat with different agents.

(2) Asked me to authorize theme modification, but now the swatch images don't work anymore, they (Axel) asked me to ask shopify support instead. What a irresponsible attitude.

(3) All the problems are required back and forth multiple times, and the problems are still not yet solved.

The support team with Subscription Plus are just superb. In a time when customer service seems sadly lacking with so many apps, the support team with Subscription Plus are simply excellent! Quick to respond, very helpful, patient and efficient in solving all issues, highly recommend this app.

So far so great. I'm a very particular, nit-picky person and their team was so responsive and helpful. They were able to get the widget looking exactly how I wanted (after I kept changing my mind), set it all up, and help me roll over my existing subscriptions from my old service all super quickly.

Very good app and Haris was very efficient and helpful in assisting in activating the app correctly. Definitely recommended!

This app does exactly what I needed it to. It's simple to implement and offers just enough customizability to have it mesh well with my site's branding. The customer service is also super responsive and quick.
