Super Subscriptions App

The app has helped us to manage subscriptions in our first year of business. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. On one or two occasions, I've had questions and I use the support tab on the side. Someone (a real person) reaches out to me and guides me through the issue. It offers comprehensive functionality, is thoughtfully designed, and is both easy to set up and intuitive to use. Best of all, the support from the team is outstanding - real people, not bots. They are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They made the migration to Super Subscription smooth and hassle free.

This app has been a blessing! Also, as a designer, the UI design and the options to change the widget's colors and styles really come in handy. But what really stands out is the customer service. Every time I have an issue, they have an AI that helps you answer basic questions, and if the AI can't help, they immediately have a CS rep ready to help.
