We've been asked by one of our customers to start a subscription service. After reviewing Appstle, we decided to integrate it into our theme. I had a few questions for Appstle support and was very quickly helped. I've now had a few times where I had questions and I've always been able to get great support from Appstle. Fast and very helpful!

The support I received when setting up my subscriptions was amazing! highly recommend Appstle. They even went out of their way to make sure the widget was customised to fit my store.

Appstle reps are quick to help online. Discouraged that I can't get a demo call for 2-3 weeks. Many of the Help videos are over a year old and not accurate anymore due to system updates. Appstle is suppose to be the best service but I'm running in to many areas that I will have to "improvise" to make it work for my needs

Very good!! We switched from Bold to Appstle and wish we had done so earlier. We're now saving $50 a month, getting exactly what we need for subscriptions, and getting answers within 20 mins rather than 2-4 days. Make the switch! Appstle also uses the native Shopify checkout which is a huge upside!!

Excellent app. It will help us with subscription of our car wash. Might need language settings though as a request in future versions.

Support is amazing. Ahmed responded within a minute and resolved my problem immediately. So far, I would definitely recommend!

It's been extremely frustrating working with Appstle as our subscription management app. We've been trying to fix all issues and talk to the developers, but things don't improve, they don't really take their time to understand what we are asking, and what is not asking and work towards answering or fixing them.
Sometimes they answer by saying they don't have a certain feature and in fact, they do, their customer service just doesn't know it. The only reason we haven't left Appstle is that every time we change a subscription app it affects OUR customers' experience and we don't want to cause another friction with them until we find a better app/solution.
I would NOT recommend purchasing/adding this app to your Shopify store, and if you have one to recommend to us, please do, we'd really appreciate it.
